New Delhi: New IT and Telecom minister A. Raja has announced that his department would be slashing the STD and Local telephone call rates soon.Now you would be able to do STD and Local telephone call at a rate of 25 Paise and 10 paise per minute respectively.
With this announcement Raja has showed his strong will power. Raja, who is MP from the Nilgiri constituency, is close to Karunanidhi’s wife Rajati Ammal.
It’s being believed that Raja would be taking some more people friendly decisions. A Raja took oath yesterday as Cabinet Minister in the new government set-up, retaining the IT & Communications Ministry which he held for two years in the previous tenure of UPA government as well.
